We deliver across the UAE, and you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Kalea purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as when received
• With all original tags attached
• ⁠In its original packaging
• ⁠Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a free return shipping label and instructions for the item pickup.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
